We are used to working with customers via EDI, API, CSV & FTP. We also have customers that remain highly manual in how we receive orders, our agile approach to each customer needs is a strategy we maintain as all customers have varying needs, talk to us about how we can support you.
EDI/API
We have the capability to link and share data with customers via several data link routes.
We currently use CSV, EDI, FTP & API capabilities to link our WMS with our customers various platforms.
EDI and API are both used for exchanging data between both party’s computer systems. EDI is used for exchanging structured business data between partners' EDI systems, while APIs are used for integrating and communicating between different software applications for real-time data exchange.
